Living Creature (video)

The “Living Creature” series explores the lifelessness of an animate being and the process of transition that it undergoes. The series seeks to capture the journey of this being as it navigates through a specific period of time, striving to overcome its conditions. In this series, the focus is on the process of transition rather than the end result. To illustrate this, I scanned myself in motion and printed the scans with minimal alteration onto aluminum sheets. The scanning process helped me to convey the essence of the work more accurately, capturing the slow passage of time and the stretched sensation experienced during this transition.
